                        Located at Poochie Mama’s on Main Street - $10 Eat in or Takeout

7:30pm – Tulip Queen Crowning – Located at the CCS Student Performance Center

                 Admission:  Donation (Benefits the Clymer Tulip Festival)

                 Concession Stand will be open serving dessert & drink sponsored by Clymer PTSO

 

9:30pm – Sausage & Sauerkraut Social – Immediately following the Tulip Queen Crowning

                Come to the Clymer Town Park to meet the 2018 Tulip Queen! 

                Enjoy the warm bonfire and the flare lighting around the Clymer Pond –

SATURDAY  - MAY 19th

8am – The Wooden Shoe 5K Run/5K Walk Registration at Clymer Central School Lobby –                        Sponsored by Maplevale Farms

9am – Start of the Wooden Shoe 5K Run/5K Walk

9am – 2pm – Clymer French Creek Library Book Sale

9am – Civil War Living History – Civil War Living Historians from organizations including the

            Civil War Heritage Foundation, the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War and

            Company B of the 72nd NY will be represented with a small encampment and displays   

            representing their organizations.  

            Located at the corner of Main Street and Mohawk Street.

9am – Clymer Historical Society will be open from 9-4pm –

            Celebrating County Wide Museum Day

9:45am – Start of the Wooden Shoe Kids Race at the CCS track

10am – Child Identification Finger Printing Sponsored by the Masons –

              located at the Kids Zone/school lobby

10am – Street Machines Unlimited Car Show located at the

              Willow Creek Pavilion behind the Dutch Village Restaurant

10am – 2:30pm – “KIDS ZONE” – Located at the Elementary gym at the front of the school

              (NEW location) - $5 Admission all day

10am – Craft Show located at the Willow Creek Pavilion (NEW location) –

               Presale orders for Tulip Bulbs for fall planting will be available

10am - Vendor Fair located at the Clymer Firehall

10am – The hospitality team from Abbe Reformed Church invites you to stop by and

              have a cup of coffee.  Children are invited to make a free craft.

10am – Support the Clymer PTSO – offering beverages for a $1 donation –

              located on the school lawn

10am – Concessions open – Food vendors open along Main Street featuring a variety of

              food and games

10am – Clymer 4H Petting Zoo located on the CCS school lawn –

              Includes a 4H Dog Demonstration

10am – Service Vendor booths open – corner of Main St & Clymer-Corry Rd(vet clinic lawn) –                    Including Channel 98.9, Corry Federal Credit Union, YMCA of Corry,

              Lecom Health Clymer Clinic, Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center, 5&2 Ministry

10:30am – Groat Klompen Dancers to perform a traditional Dutch dance on Main Street

11am – Klein Klompen Dancers – children show off a traditional Dutch dance on Main St

11am – Chicken BBQ sponsored by the Class of 2025 located at the CCS school cafeteria

11:30am – Musical Show Tent - Clymer Glee Club – Located at Lictus Automotive

12pm – 2pm – Unity Through Rhythm Drum Circle – located at the front entrance of the school

12:15pm – Musical Show Tent – Performance by Cliff Obrist – Located at Lictus Automotive

1:15pm – Musical Show Tent – Clymer Jazz Band – Located at Lictus Automotive

2:00pm – Musical Show Tent – Clymer Glee Club – Located at Lictus Automotive

2:30 pm – Street Scrubbing – Meet at the corner of Main & Freeman Streets

          Grand Parade – To begin immediately following the Street Scrubbing –

          Parade Route:  Corner of Main & Mohawk Streets to Clymer Fire Hall

7pm – Variety Show – Located at the CCS Student Performance Center

            Admission:  Donation

            Concession Stand serving drinks & snacks – Sponsored by the Clymer FBLA

 

In addition to the concession stand there will also be a basket raffle that will take place throughout the weekend’s activities beginning at Friday night’s events to help send Clymer FBLA students to national competitions in Baltimore, MD.  Tickets will be available for purchase Friday & Saturday and baskets will be made available to the winners at the conclusion of the Variety Show on Saturday night.
