**Supervisors Bookkeeper / Budget Officer **
The Town of Clymer is accepting applications for the part-time position of Supervisor’s Bookkeeper / Budget Officer. This position directs the preparation, execution and control of the Town's budget and does related work as required. Under general direction, this position is responsible for the formulation of budgetary policies of the Town, including allocation and expenditure of funds.
The Supervisor’s Bookkeeper / Budget Officer should have the ability to learn, as well as a solid working knowledge of the use of spreadsheets and QuickBooks. The candidate does not have to be a resident of the Town of Clymer but it is recommended. The candidate should be able to start by August. Anticipated 10-12 hours per week. Reimbursement for this position is currently set at $8,600 per year.

**Dog Control Officer**
The Towns of Mina, French Creek, and Clymer are jointly hiring a Dog Control Officer (DCO). The DCO will work with each township on issues related to dogs, including: issuing appearance tickets, serving of summons, seizure and disposition of dogs, creation and retention of related records, and other related items. The successful candidate will have transportation, availability, and the ability to be contacted for dog-related issues. Reimbursement is $225 per month ($75 from each town), and $13.00 per hour plus mileage for time worked. Not required, but beneficial would be the ability to conduct a dog enumeration (census) for each town, which would be paid separately.
